IONEX Platform

A platform that tells you what's happening, why, and what to do about it.
Energy, air quality, comfort, and occupancy in a single environment: data that's normalized, comparable across sites, and translated into operational guidance. From a single building to your entire portfolio.

The starting point

The data isn't missing. The decision is

Most buildings today already generate data: meters, BMS, sensors, utility bills. The problem is that it stays siloed in separate systems, in different formats, and no one has the time to cross-reference it.
The result is that inefficiencies only become visible after the fact, when it's too late to act. And every ESG report or audit turns into a manual scramble to pull files together. IONEX closes that gap.
How it works

From data to action, in four steps

01
See

All your data, one single view

IoT Aircare sensors, existing meters, HVAC systems, BMS, and third-party systems all flow into a single environment. No need to replace what you already have.
02
Analyze

KPIs that speak plainly

Preconfigured scores, benchmarks, and indicators by building, area, and time period. Not raw data to interpret — ready-to-use indicators you can compare across sites and use to decide.
03
Decide

From diagnosis to action

Every anomaly comes with an explanation, a suggested intervention, and an estimated impact. You know where to act first, and what it's worth.
04
Act

Our team by your side

An end-to-end managed service: sensor supply and installation, configuration, recurring analysis, and ongoing support.
What you monitor

Four domains,
one single platform

The module

IONEX Insight: the analysis nobody usually has time to do

Insight identifies significant deviations, ranks them by economic impact, and pairs each one with a concrete action. It's not an automated report that gets generated and filed away — it's the answer to three questions: what changed, why, and what's worth doing first.
Example

Systems running outside operating hours

Heating and cooling that stay on when the building is empty. It's the most common anomaly and the quickest to fix: you adjust the schedule, not the equipment.
Example
Baseline consumption too high
The load a building draws at night, when it should be drawing almost nothing. It points to forgotten equipment, systems that never shut off, or redundant units.
Example
Comfort out of range during peak hours
CO₂ and temperature exceeding limits during periods of highest occupancy. The data shows you where to recalibrate ventilation, instead of increasing it everywhere.
Architecture

Integrates with what you already have

ONEX doesn't require you to replace existing systems or equipment. It reads from meters and sensors already installed, communicates with BMS and third-party software through standard building protocols, and integrates market devices alongside Aircare's own sensors — IAQ 2.0 and AirO.

You can start with a small scope and grow in stages: one building, then one area, then the full portfolio. No platform switch, no rebuilding the integration from scratch.
Sharing

Interactive videowall

Data isn't useful only to the people analyzing it. Shared views bring consumption, comfort, and occupancy KPIs into common areas and meeting rooms, making results visible to the people who work in the building — and to external stakeholders.
Governance

Your data is yours

Ownership

The data collected remains your property, exportable at any time in open formats.

Complete history

No automatic deletion: historical data stays available for audits, certifications, and multi-year comparisons.

EU infrastructure

Data hosted on infrastructure within the European Union, GDPR-compliant.

Aggregated data

Presence and occupancy are processed in aggregated, anonymized form. IONEX measures spaces, not people.

API

Programmatic access to your data for integration with your own reporting systems.
Who it's for

One platform, different roles

Facility & Energy Manager

See where consumption is actually happening and act before the final report, not after.

CFO & Executives

Translate energy consumption and space usage into economic impact, with verifiable numbers.

Sustainability & ESG

Measured, continuous evidence instead of statements: traceable data for reporting and audits.

HR & People

Air quality and comfort as a documented working condition, not a perception.

Real Estate

Actual space usage and cost per square meter genuinely occupied.
FAQ

Before you ask us on the call

Do I need to replace my BMS?
No. IONEX works alongside your BMS and reads its data. In most projects, the BMS remains the control system, and IONEX becomes the analysis layer, giving you cross-site visibility.
For a single building with accessible systems, two to six weeks between site survey, installation, and go-live. For multi-site portfolios, we proceed in batches.
In aggregated, anonymized form. No individually identifiable data.
No. IONEX integrates with meters and sensors you already have installed. Aircare devices are added only where a measurement you don't currently have is needed.
In aggregated, anonymized form. No individually identifiable data.
Yes. Many projects involve leased or outsourced-management properties, where measured data is exactly what's needed to clarify responsibilities and cost allocation.
